TCCPM
Executive – Communication Centre
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for all related security and safety procedures and protocols which serve as a focal point for the organization's local and international operations.
- Primarily involved in incident response communication, documentation and coordination between the Security and Safety division and the Senior Management Team.
- To provide critical information and databanks to the Senior Management, initiate emergency response charting, gathering and monitoring information, coverage of news and incidents from various communication media and government agencies, monitor data integrity and update relevant information in resource files, and provide advice with regards to travel related matters.
Requirements:
- Possess a recognised Degree in any discipline. Candidates without a degree qualification but have relevant work experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years working experience in a security/protective services or help desk/call centre environment.
- Candidates from the police force would have an added advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must be willing to work on shifts as well as weekends and public holidays.
TGV Cinemas Sdn Bhd
Executive – Systems Support
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all IT hardware are well maintained.
- To develop and conduct periodic preventive maintenance training for cinema managers and supervisors on operating system.
- To implement IT related development programs.
- To liaise with vendor on matters related to ticketing system.
- To troubleshoot and ensure prompt resolution of breakdowns.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in computer operations and data network support or repairing and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.
- Possess experience in handling hardware, software and data network.
- Must have own transport.
- Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends and public holidays.

Principal Accountabilities:
Provide the full spectrum of human resource support and services to the Group and work closely with operating units to develop and implement human resource strategies that are congruent and aligned with the Group’s key objectives and priorities.
Typical Work Activities:
Leads/coordinates collaborative and innovative programs/action-plans and manage the implementation of the following areas:-
- Compensation and benefits.

Information Technology
Principal Accountabilities:
Facilitates the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of the organisation-wide integrated information systems.
Typical Work Activities:
- Provide support to all on-line business as well as daily office applications.
- Provide technical support and maintenance of all computer hardware and communications equipment.
- Manage the data center operations.
- Responsible for all systems development, modification, project implementation as well as performing internal quality audit.
- Reviews, evaluates and approves proposals for hardware/software acquisitions.
Procurement
Principal Accountabilities:
To ensure that the purchasing activities are in compliance with the Group’s established purchasing and contracting policies and procedures as well as ensuring that the relevant sourcing requirements are carried out.
Typical Work Activities:
- Manage the purchasing function to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Plans, organises, and administers all purchasing documentation and contracts and evaluates, recommends, and negotiates bids and proposals.
- Continually develop sufficient and reliable sources of supplies for present and anticipated future operational needs.
- Regularly evaluates the performance and capabilities of existing and potential suppliers.
- Provide input and assistance in administration in the tendering matters for the Group.
Corporate Affairs (Legal)
Principal Accountabilities:
Provides corporate support services to the operating units of the Group in areas of legal functions.
Typical Work Activities:
- Review, draft legal documents, agreements, contracts.
- Liaison with external lawyers.
- Ensure legal compliance of the businesses.
Finance, Accounting
Principal Accountabilities:
Oversees daily processing and accounting for revenue and expenditures by operating units, audits and reports financial transactions to funding activities.
Typical Work Activities:
- Keeper of financial records and responsible for the financial reporting, preparation of all financial management reports.
- Converting business plan into financial budget.
- Monitor actual vs. the budget.
- Continuously review accounting system to streamline Group’s reported results.
- Provide financial support services to companies within the Group.
Auditing
Principal Accountabilities:
Undertake reviews of business as well as operational systems and processes, both financial and non-financial across the Group. At the conclusion of the reviews, prepare reports detailing findings, conclusions and recommendations of any actions which needed to be taken to comply with the Group’s established policies and procedures.
Typical Work Activities:
- Provide audit services to the Group.
- Establish and maintain an effective system of internal control within Group.
- Review of the reliability, integrity, and security of information systems.
- Review of the established operational systems to ensure compliance with established policies, plans, procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Identifies areas of weaknesses arising from the systems and control evaluations and makes recommendations for improvements.
Business Development
Principal Accountabilities:
Provide business analysis support, explore new business ventures and recommend potential investments to Management.
Typical Work Activities:
- Conduct financial analysis of investments opportunities.
- Draw-up business proposals to Management.
- To assist, support Management in the corporate planning exercises.
- Conduct market studies, compile, analyse competitors figures on turnover/distribution.
- Identify potential areas for investment by supplying relevant marketing information such as business/economic/political climate, demography, laws and regulations, infrastructure, etc.
Public Affairs
Principal Accountabilities:
To provide the full public relations functions and support to the Group that would enhance the Group’s image and its positioning in the marketplace.
Typical Work Activities:
To develop, manage and implement:
- Community affairs programmes and social responsibility initiatives.
- Corporate communications strategies, internal and external.
- Media relations activities to achieve brand, product and event awareness.
Administration
Principal Accountabilities:
Oversee and coordinate all facets of the day-to-day office administration by providing a diverse range of administrative services as well as upkeep and maintenance of office floors and record management services.
Typical Work Activities:
- Renovation and relocation of offices and keeper of assets.
- Manage the storage of office furniture and fittings as well as a central records management system within and outside the office.
- Manage the purchasing and maintenance of office equipment and supplies including stationery, sundry and printing.
- Set up, maintain and administer office support services such as despatch services, front office services.
- Manage the company’s fleet and provide driving services.
